Meet Caroline Tamas: Senior Customer Success Manager

In the building management and property industry, technology is only as effective as the human support behind it. Caroline stands out as a dedicated champion for Building and Facility Managers, along with resident user experience, bringing a wealth of expertise in client relations to her role at MYBOS. With a passion for helping clients realise the true potential of their software, she ensures that users extract maximum operational value from the platform, helping them replace daily chaos with proactive, structured control.

Caroline began her career in SaaS support before transitioning into the emerging field of Customer Success in 2017. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating vital touchpoints that go far beyond basic technical assistance. At MYBOS, Caroline thrives on facilitating seamless communication across multiple internal departments to ensure our clients are genuinely heard. She works tirelessly to resolve operational hurdles by managing everything from technical “how-to” requests to complex account queries, which ultimately saves our clients valuable time. Always advocating for simplicity, she actively utilises client feedback to help build a more comprehensive building management system while keeping an intuitive experience at its core. In everything she does, Caroline is focused on delivering excellence and ensuring every single client receives the ‘WOW’ factor in terms of support from all MYBOS teams.

One of Caroline’s key achievements has been the complete revamp of the MYBOS Feedback Portal. This initiative directly involves users in the platform’s continuous improvement, reflecting our commitment to thriving together with our community. By empowering the user, clients can now actively vote on current ideas, submit their own feature requests, and easily track new platform releases. Behind the scenes, she is just as focused on streamlining internal data. Caroline recently spearheaded an internal data consolidation project, centralising information to enable the MYBOS team to provide even faster, more personalised service.

When it comes to the workplace, Caroline is a strong advocate for the positive, balanced culture at MYBOS. She frequently notes that the incredibly rapid two-to-four-week turnaround time for releasing new software features is a testament to the team’s agility, resilience, and “find a way” attitude, making it a highly rewarding environment to grow in.

Outside of work, Caroline brings a champion’s spirit to her hobbies, proving her dedication to excellence extends beyond the office. She is a highly competitive athlete and a gold medalist in Beach Ultimate Frisbee, having represented Australia four times on the international stage. She is also an avid traveller who recently completed a seven-month journey across the country in a camper van, officially checking off travels across all of Australia. When she isn’t competing or exploring, this self-proclaimed food enthusiast is always on the hunt for great food recommendations and a good daily coffee.
