Optimising Building Management at Paloma
Paloma Apartments, situated on Chalmers Street in Surry Hills, was originally a factory housing diverse functions from King Gee clothing manufacturing to accommodation for soldiers after World War I. In 1996, it was converted into apartments, consisting of seventy residential and three commercial lots. In 2012, a substantial refurbishment was undertaken, rebranding the residential building as Paloma. During this time, the need for effective building management became apparent – leading to the discovery of MYBOS Building Management Software.
